Online booking is highly recommended.
Instagram DM, text, or email are also available. I will respond in the order it was received.
Please make sure to choose your desired service when you are booking the appointment.
Same day menu changes will primarily not be accepted.

2: Cancellation policy
(キャンセルに関しての規則)
In the case you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations without 24 hour notice will result in a fee equivalent to 10% of your scheduled service.
キャンセルは予約の24時間前までに行なってください。
24時間以内のキャンセルは１０％のキャンセル料が発生します。
3: Late arrival policy
(遅刻に関しての規則)
In the case you are running more than 15 minutes late, rescheduling or a change in services may be requested.
15分以上遅れられる場合は予約変更もしくはメニューの変更をお願いする場合がございます。
